Uh oh

I bought a pack of cigarettes.

I mainly bought them because I wanted to burn last night (I didnt)...but ooooooh they are so inviting to smoke.

I felt fine yesterday afternoon, but I went to hell last night. It was bad. I'vee had a constant headache since upping the Cymbalta.

Hmmmm...how long have you been on the new med? When is your next p-doc appointment?

I smoked yesterday and it was sooooo good. No desire to smoke today.

Les is more. That sounds french if you're a little buzzed.

30 mg of C was a good dose for me. I might have stayed on it if I hadn't upped it to 60. The headache will pass. Upping didn't take as long to adjust to as starting.

I had to check the spelling of double entandre.
That makes 2 for this post-

Try this: pop the head off of a match (match book kind) and rub it into your skin so it sticks. Take another match and light it.

There's no one home in my house of pain. Faster Pussycat.

Ok, if I've distracted you-good. BAM 'n a young cutie might help.
That's 3.

Call me at home if you need to talk.

It might not be a good idea to keep the cigs if you dont want to smoke. Maybe you could take 1 day full strength cymbalta & the next day 1/2 tablet, capsule, you know what i mean.

Just take it easy Jil. No stressors right now. Do what you must to get by day to day right now & see if you can get in w/your pdoc sooner.
I'm proud of you.
